Green Screen of Death / Error Code / Saved Games message / XBOX NOT WORKING!!!!

As soon as I get the "new Xbox experience" (11/12/2015)I notice the blank tiles on home. Every day after that, the xbox gets slower and more sluggish, taking a minute or two to recognize voice commands. I keep rebooting and it seems to fix the problem for
a few hours or so. Then a couple days later I get this message saying something is wrong with my saved games and I need to delete them all and they will sync next time I log in. I then decide I am going to download some games that were waiting to be installed
from my 360 digital games. I power off and go to bed. I wake up the next day 10/18/2015 and my xbox won't get past the green loading screen. Then it gives me an error code E200 000000EF 00000000. Then I reboot again and now I can't get past the green screen
and no error code at all.

Long story short I go through 3 different Xbox Live customer support people and spend 1.5 hours on the phone. I tried everything they told me to do and still it won't work. They then tell me I have to pay them $135 to have them fix it! Really!!! The update
ruins my xbox and now I have to pay for it?

I have been a day one Xbox owner of the original, owned 2 RROD xbox 360s, and now this with Xbox One. Not too mention the 3 months Windows 10 ruined my laptop and the horrible customer service that followed that.... I am this close to never spending another
cent on anything Microsoft again....

Replacement console results in saved game loss?

I received the "Green screen of death" two weeks into using my unit and they are replacing it. I was wondering if I will lose all my saved game data and achievements?

My xbox was getting the green screen of death so I decided to factory reset it. When I do it, it gets stuck on 66% and says something went wrong and gives me the error code E106 00000002 8007001f. I tried looking up error code E106 but I couldn't find anything
on it

 

There are a few things you can try before sending it in for repair. These don't always work, but they work for some people.

1. Hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes, then try it again.

2. Perform a factory reset, using the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool:

If those don't work, I believe that a repair is your only option.

 

Tried them all many many times. I can't believe this crap. They brick my console and then charge me to fix it. PS4 here I come.

 

They told me the same thing, I have owned every xbox and still have them all sitting here, never had an issue. Spend tons of money on games and dlc. Just to have THEM brick my system and tell me I have to PAY to get it fixed.

So some drunk driver crashes into my car while I am parked legally and then tells me I have to pay to get the car fixed... Are you serious?

No word from Microsoft support on these forums, countless threads are popping up and they are all being ignored.

I honestly think a lawyer is what's needed for us. If anyone else is in agreement add my gamer tag and lets talk.

 

Yeah this is ridiculous my xbox is doing this too.
