Green Screen o' Death!

When my Xbox One starts up it only gets to the green loading screen. I've hard reset MANY times. Unplugged from power. Let it sit on the screen for hours. It never goes past the green screen.

I understand the best fix for this is to reset to factory default settings using a flash drive. I had this same issue a month ago and successfully reset to defaults. Now however I cant get my Xbox to accept the reset. When I go through the steps of holding
the bind + eject buttons then powering on, I only get one "power on" melody instead of two. After sitting on the "preparing console" screen for a couple minutes with no progress on the loading bar it goes to an error screen
'E101 00000503 8007045D'.

Any other suggestions?

It looks like E101 errors can be caused by downloading the wrong file for the offline update tool. Are you sure that you downloaded the factory default file? If you're using the same file that you used before, that may cause the issue, but I'm not sure about
that. I would first download the file again and put it on a freshly formatted USB drive and see if that helps. If not, you may have to get your console repaired. If it comes to that, you can get started at

It's entirely possible that someone will have a different suggestion, but those are the steps I would personally take.
