    Green screen, games not working


    My children received the Xbox One S Minecraft bundle for Christmas. After only a few days they were stuck on the green start up screen. I was able to get beyond that but now the games won't play. We put in Forza Horizon 3 disc and it acts like its going
    to open but closes right after. We try to open the Minecraft game/app (whatever) that was downloaded as part of the bundle and it does the same thing. Youtube works so it's not a connection issue.

    When they took it back to their room to try more trouble shooting, they were stuck on the green screen again.

    What can we do about these issues- they've had the console for a week!

    my sons xbox one started loading games really slowly .. then it would only go on green xbox screen saying taking to long to load home screen.. now its not connecting at all .. can here the moter in it but sounds slow.. tried reboot but not working .. just

    The plug did not work, It just freezes on the green screen without budging now.

    if u cant get past the black screen in ghosts just rename your xbox under system settings then it will restart the console give u the green screen then for some reason the game will work fine again
