Green Screen and Black Screen Error - Console wont start or work right

Go ahead and proceed with the USB options in my post above, If the issue persists after that, unfortunately that means your Xbox One may need to be repaired.

Have tried the shut off with power button, unplug power brick and turn back on few times but still just same stuff error messages, a useless dashboard and blank screens.

I assume you did the OSDT and this is the result.

Lets try a hard reset before anything else. Follow the steps below.

Start the system then wait about 5 minutes until full boot and launch then hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds until the power is off then unplug it from the power brick so it stops receiving power all in total wait up to an additional 5 minutes
then plug it in again and see if it works as you think it should.

Trying the connect to Live option and selected my network and its says connect but option to connect to live is still there. Not offering me Title Update or any option this time.

We wouldn't be able to speculate on what the exact issue may be, but issues with the HDMI port are a possibility. Definitely let us know how it goes after you get a chance to get a USB Flash Drive.
