Green Loading Screen, then black....

I get the Xbox green loading screen then it goes to a black screen and will not start. I have tried cold reboot, booting in 640x480 and last but not least the offline tool. The offline tool will not work for me AT ALL. I press and hold the sync and eject
and it will not read or turn on from USB.. I have read and reread the instructions for restoring my system to factory default and it will not boot the USB file either on the USB stick in the $systemrestore file or putting just the "update" file itself in.
Anyone else experiencing problems like this and have any other things I can try before sending my Xbox in... This started happening after the March preview update and it happened once before (after the update) but I swapped HDMI cables and it seemed to work
but i think it was just some odd coincidence as I have tried this again with more HDMIs and no dice.... thanks for any help.... (I wouldnt think it was the HDMIs because I get the green loading screen before it just goes black...)

it does the whole 360 loading screen where the green and white things go into the big X, but then the screen goes black

 

If I can get this to work again, I will be removing myself from preview... I have a second Xbox which isnt in the "program" and it hasnt had an issue....
