Green loading screen stuck

As a follow up to my "green" loading screen, I was able to get it to finally work by re-starting my system multiple times.

I would turn it off by holding my finger down on the power button on the console until it shut off, then I would unplug the power cord for about 30 seconds. Then I would turn everything on again. After about 7 times doing this is finally kicked over to
the new dashboard. I did have to leave the "green" loading screen on for a couple of minutes though.

I too, was able to resolve my issue. I unplugged the Xbox from the wall for 30 minutes. Also unplugged any "extras" kinect, usb hard drive, cable box hdmi in, network cable, etc. And only turned it on with only power and hdmi out. It took about ten to fifteen
minutes to get passed the green screen, buy finally loaded the new dashboard without any notice data loss. (Yet.)

OccupiedFawn601 - I was not able to verify that this GT is in the preview program. It's likely that another GT on your console is the one that is in the preview program. You will want to post a new thread with that GT in
Managing my Xbox Live Account on Xbox One to ensure that it gets the permissions to access the preview forums.
