Green load up to black screen

I had a problem with GTA5 not wanting to load up, so I thought restarting my Xbox One would help. So I let it do its full cycle, and when it comes back on, it does the green Xbox start up

screen for a good 5 minutes, then goes to a blackish gray screen. I can press the home button on the xbox one controller, and the screen seems to light up slightly. And if I hold down the home button, I can get to the “turn off xbox” “turn off controller”
“restart xbox” screen, but that’s it. I’ve tried multiple times now to factory reset it, restart it, hold down the power button for 10 seconds, I’ve tried the hold down disk eject button and power button. Nothing has worked. Is my Xbox dead? Please help

No, the green Xbox loading screen does display for about 30 seconds on power up. Then black screen.

During normal start up it will go to the green xbox screen with loading dots on the bottom then it will display a black screen. If the black screen is what your talking about give it a minute for the xbox logo to pop up. The console is loading the dashboard
when you see that screen.

im using the premium version of allcast.

tonight i didnt even get it up on screen just a black screen and green dots circling to say it was loading but that was it

How long are you leaving it on the black screen?

During a cold start you will get the green splash, then black screen which can last a number of minutes looking like it isn't doing anything then it will load up into the Dashboard.
