    Have recently subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass and have successfully downloaded and installed both Rise of the Tomb Raider and Gears 5, however when trying to do the same with Shenmue 1 and 2 and Kingdome Come Deliverance I am having some trouble and this
    issue occurs. I have tried installing a couple other titles after I noticed this issue and they were downloading fine, am I doing something wrong here?

    Green Install button when clicked briefly shows Preparing in grey then reverts back to green install button.

    Here all games reverted to normality after a while.

    I think it solved the problem when my pc used the microsoft store app to install/uninstall the games instead the xbox beta app, maybe you can try it

    I'm having the same problem with 2 games, "For the King", which i already played a lot before this issue begun and with "Mutant Year Zero". Cant unninstall, play or reinstall them

    This is an issue regarding Windows 10 not the Xbox One.

    same .. its installing and appears in start menu, but doesnt appear in the list of apps and won't run
