Your only options is to add billing info that matches your region via their website then enter ig here on Xbox also enable reoccurring purchases and Online transactions thru the vendor

And contact support for further help but really

The transactions fees Will.kill most of the balance and hope and pray it works

Prepaid visas aren't really meant for subscriptions or gaming Services it's a gamble really but he'll it's your money you are risking

My advice to people with pre-paid visas is to use it to buy a Xbox subscription or currency card and then add that to the account. Because the pre-paid card has a set amount on the card, you could wind up getting a billing suspension due to lack of funds
if the service tries to charge you.

My credit card happens to be a Green Dot VISA, so yes, it will work just like any old card.

Can you pay for it with a debit card? I have a Green Dot Visa debit card prepaid, and its doing the same thing.

Not completely sure how NetSpend prepaid cards work so I wouldn't be able to give you a direct answer on that. Any major banks as long as you have an account with them give you a prepaid visa card that can be used for online purchases and registered. I have
given Chase prepaid cards to family and friends and they seem to work fine as well. Try to go to your bank where you actually have an account (if you have an account) they usually give cards to people for very minimal card loading fee and then no recurring
fees for over a year (assuming by that time whatever amount of money you have on the card would be used)
