Green button not working to file a case review

I sent 10 messages tonight with my twitch link and within minutes i recieved a comm ban email.

I went to file for a review and i can see the green button that says apply but i cannot click on it. Not sure if this is a technical glitch on Microsoft's end but id like to file a review.

I did not think sending my twitch link to friends would be a bannable offense.

Is there another way ro file a review? Or maybe the direct link behind the green button?

It may help to try this in another browser, I think Edge may work the best. That button should work

Ive tried my phone, chrome and edge. I think the link is broken. Any thoughts?

Well no that's not the process for your case

First and foremost if you feel you have been compromised you must call support and open an unauthorized access case

The global escalations team will work with the pet and take care of any issues that arises

However it does Not removed any standing suspensions as you are always responsible for your account at all times

If you're able to, you can try going to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review for the suspension.

As far as the Ambassador program, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff. However, without a successful case review from the enforcement team, you most likely will not be able to rejoin.

Hi, there is no way to directly talk with the enforcement team, but with the green button on the top right you can ask for a case review and since it seems simply a double action they should cancel the suspension, if the button does not work you should go
