    Green and Pink screen


    I turned my xbox one on and the screen was bright, bright, green and pinkish. Also, any image is extremely pixelated (for lack of a better term) and unrecognizable. This happened on my TV, but when I stream to my laptop is fine. I want to fix this but I
    have tried a few things and nothing has worked so I need help.

    On my xbox, my screen kept on going green or pink. Ended up being a loose port on my tv. Follow the above and you should be fine.

    My Xbox One just had a manic seizure

    thats happened twice too me to i just bought my xbox one and its had that 2 times. The screen goes all green and pink with the background of what i have been playing and my tv is admitting ear crushing sounds and the ony way too stop it is too turn my xbox off.

    Thank you for the help this did help with my problem but now my screen is all pink but this time I can see the menu how can I fix this it’s pink with a slightly green tint to it how can I fix the color on the tv screen.

    How do i get support from an actual person??

    I have already reset my console twice in 2 days, it does not work.

    I just managed to catch it happening on video, here it is:

    You will see my Fifa 22 sat in a frozen state, then switch to a green patchy/blocky/static'y screen before powering off. This screen is always either Pink or Green, usually Pink more than Green.

    How can i get Microsoft to help me?
