    Here's my story with this : I bought a U.K Xbox one at launch day through Amazon and made a u.k xbox live account . When the console was released in Greece I changed my account's region to Greece and had a Greek credit card attached to it .So far so good,
    I was able to buy everything from the Greek store with no problem whatsoever . This changed when I decided to buy an xbox360 game from the Xbox one store . The game is there , it shows me the price in euros but when I try to purchase it it suddenly turns to
    the u.k shop , shows me the price in pounds and tells me that I can't buy this item , obviously cause I don't have a u.k CC . The same thing happens when I try to buy the game from xbox.com , it show me the price in euros , has the description in Greek and
    when I try to buy it , it suddenly has the u.k product . Mind you that I can everything else from the Xbox one store, and from Xbox.com, just fine , EXCEPT BC xbox360 titles . I have tried it with more BC titles and have the same problem with all of them .
    The problem has something to do with my account .

    Any ideas on what I should do ?

    That is what a reviewer said about the Xbox One. I am sure we will all have our say when we get our hands on it. I know a few people who are trying to wait it out so they can demo it in store before buying. Is anyone here doing that or are you like me, throwing caution to the wind and ordering as soon as you can get a store that has a free list?

    So I'm Canadian am I not important enough to deserve Xbox 360 content?

    it would seem that I can't actually buy Xbox store content anywhere I go, I can't seem to make it not want American billing information despite being in Vancouver it always defaults to trying to charge US amounts and going to US stores despite me not having
    this issue when it comes to Xbox one content

    Yep my guess you didn't use the region migration tool but changed your console region

    Region of an account cannot be changed on your console

    You must go to my account and change my region on this websitw

    Similar problem. I bought the premium civ, and it downloaded ok. But when I played, it didn't let me access the premium content. It prompted me to BUY A PREMIUM CIV.. At the in game store, it says that I purchased the greek civ already.....?

    They haven't shut down any regions store on the 360.

    I'm in the U.K. & easily use the store on the xbox 360.

    Considering you also need the xbox 360 store to buy backwards compatible games on a xbox one then why would they shut it down?

    Zen is correct,your account,billing & actual location must all be the same.

    I am trying to buy my Xbox Game Pass on my Microsoft Store but everytime i try to buy it it kicks me out saying that there was a problem, no code it just says Try Again, when i check games on the store it just says Try Again, Code: 0x00000194
