    Greatest Hits Req Pack Missing


    Logged in on Friday, 28th and did not receive the "Greatest Hits" Req Pack in my collection. Tried again next day and still nothing. Today's the 30th of october and the promotion is definitely over, no pack. Feels bad. Any way to fix this?

    Accidental purchase

    I accidentally bought 2 greatest hits req packs because my Xbox froze and I got no pack from the first purchase for about 10 minutes so I thought the purchase didn't go through.

    I'm also having the same problem, I did how ever get help from MrQuimby for my acdc tracks but I'm still missing my country track packs snoop dog pack and the doors greatest hits special edition I hope there is a fix for this soon

    Missing Classic Req Pack

    For me it appeared in game in my Req Packs there was no code to enter or anything to download

    While they should be all rolled out by now but Microsoft's Xbox Support teams are slowly reply to people on here. Many of us are Ambassadors and while can offer help and pointers cannot access your accounts with Microsoft. In a lot of cases it was just
    a case of waiting a few days till the rewards got assigned to accounts.

    You can check by looking at
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders     it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results. If its not there, Xbox Support will reply to you soon with more details
