    Camden New Jersey looks like a dump. You see nothing but borded up houses all around you and suspicious looking people staring at you. Im never going back there again.

    Like Waterdulong said Camden is comparable to Detroit, except Detroit is in worse shape.

    Jersey? There's probably 15-20 locations in the US I'd rather see. I also wouldn't mind a major city outside the US.

    Well half of Detroit is bankrupt. It already looks like a post-apocalyptic setting. Maybe a post-apocalyptic Watch Dogs would be cool.

    I don't think it really matters where it takes place unless there are obvious land marks. i.e. the white house, the statue of liberty, the eiffel tower.

    Washington DC probably has the most. The white house, the reflecting pool, the cemetery (which I doubt would be accessible if it were in the game), the tower, ect.
