Great console... not much as for service

I was never fanatic for gaming, but I surely always had fun when gathered with my cousins and friends to play in those weekend marathons at our places. And I believe that a handful of old gamers here will remember that nostalgic feeling of having friends
around to play - there was mocking, competition and even a few arguments, but above it all, it was ALWAYS FUN.

My last console had been a PS1. And when one gets older, it becomes harder to have your friends around; people go on separate ways, as it should be. And how many times haven’t we caught ourselves thinking about the old days and wanting to go back to some
of those moments. Well, that was when I heard about the Xbox 360 - “play with your friends whenever they are”… Wow! Forget the games, just this idea was enough to get me hyped about this console. And I must say, boy, it surpassed my expectations - I now could
get connected with my friends, have as much fun and playing awesome games. Microsoft did it all right! And had since 3 months ago did alright! Thank you!

I now got a new job, moving to another country - although at the beginning it is hard to keep away from those you spent most of your life with, I was sure that having my friends online would narrow this gap. It’s been almost 45 days now I ordered a new power
supply (voltage here is 220V). I honestly don’t mind the waiting, but when you are told you’d get your package within the next 20 days, and then 5 days, more 7 days and now, finally, 28 days (last time I heard), that is pretty upsetting. A piece that was supposed
to come within 20 days, might take more than 2 months now. And I guess it is relevant to say, that I was only told about those due dates because I had to directly contact them - I never received any spontaneous follow up on that. I am ok waiting, and would
still be ok if there was no estimate delivery date at all, but when you say you are sending it on a determined time, don’t deliver it and doesn’t keep your costumer updated, that is disrespectful.

Now, again, my rant is about the service, and solely that. The console is great, I have it for almost 3 years now, and was still running smoothly last time it was on. Games are also great! All in all, I just want to thank you, Xbox 360, you have served me
very well, and brought those good times back. But also, I am sorry, unfortunately and inadvertently, you just made my choice for this X-mas’ console easier.

Xbox One Loud Set

Good Service! Long waiting time. The console has more scratches. Next it seems strange sound. The controller will not connect to the console. The power supply is now booming at a great distance. I thought it was good but the service is at the same level
as the sony.

 

I wonder how the Friends List cap raise will effect 360.

Great question! I am assuming that update was not so much for the xbox one console but live in general
