Great advice!

I was advised to uninstall and reinstall jigsaw to fix a problem with crashing after completing a new puzzle. Well I uninstalled and now I can't reinstall or play as it says I already have it and it has caused problems with my drivers when I tried to reinstall.
Is there a different place to go to uninstall? Did I just uninstall the shortcut? I couldn't find it in control panel. I have over 1.5 million gold bars so I don't want to lose them and want to be able to play as this is a game I enjoy every day.

You should be able to remove the app from within the Windows Store. If you search for the app does it still show as installed?

 

It tells me "You own this product". When I tried to reinstall it came up with Error: See details. When I clicked on it "Something unexpected happened" and a report this problem or close choice came up. I sent the report in. It gave a " code 0x8004E103 "
in the box if that is any help. I also cannot find a place in the microsoft store to uninstall jigsaw. Can you give me any directions?

Apologies for the delayed response. If you open up the start menu and begin to type in "Remove", the first option should be "Add or remove programs". From within that screen, you should be able to remove Microsoft Jigsaw if it's still installed. Let us know
what you find.

licensing. Could it be that it won't install because it is already licensed to me?
