Gray screen in Minecraft Launcher Game Pass

Hello, you see, since I updated the Minecraft Launcher Game pass, when the pc has been on for several hours, when starting the launcher it remains on a gray screen. So I have to reboot for it to work fine. However with the old launcher everything works perfect even if it has been on for many hours. My question: is if this is a bug in the application (because I have read that it happens to more people), how can I fix it (I have already tried to reinstall, delete the .minecraft folder and it remains the same) and if I can use the launcher of old minecraft without problems until they fix the new one ?

gabrielgarcia, yes, this is an issue that is happening to other gamers as well. We believe it's some kind of bug that will be addressed on updates. Some users already reported this, and I believe Microsoft are aware of it.

Regarding the old launcher, yes, you can use it for now if you have it installed.

I a having the same issue with the game pass minecraft. It says unable to update minecraft native launcher.

By the way, the new Minecraft Launcher has the green creeper icon, gray one is the old launcher.

Well, your almost right, its not the launcher thats having problems, its the game its self. Where I click play everything goes normaly then when the game is done preparing, then I get the crash
