Gray rectangle across screen?

Hey there -

You can definitely uninstall the game and reinstall it! Once you
uninstall the game, you can scroll over to "My Games and Apps" and then check your "Ready to Install" section on the left-hand side of the screen. Minecraft should be there and you should be all set to reinstall it.

I did this 5 times without solving problem, I also did a console reset. And again no solution. I go to add, it goes to Grey rectangle across screen then back to +add.

Is it just me or is there a graphical hitch when you hit the xbox button to access the mini-blades? Was that there before? Not sure how to describe it...the gray rectangle looks like its tearing right in the middle?

The map looks the same as before I loaded the Lego Speed Champions. The only evidence of it is on the line across the top of the home screen, where it is grayed out along with everything else except the Design tab.

We have tried all of the settings in Xbox series x and the settings on the monitor. On some games for example assassins creed it is fine with no line but on the Xbox menus screens and for example Fortnite the black area appears.
