You can't connect the Xbox 360 to the Xbox App. Only the Xbox One can stream to the Xbox App.

Long explanation:

The Xbox One has specifically resources reserved to record or stream the console's video output, so you can stream to Beam or Twitch, or record your Gameplay.

The Xbox 360 does not have these resources. And since compressing and streaming video requires a lot of CPU power, and the Xbox 360 is uses nearly 98% CPU resources for rendering games (the rest is used for Guide, Parties and background music), the Xbox
360 also can't get an update to allow game streaming.

In short: It's not possible to connect the Xbox App to the 360.

I'll jump in on this one. It was not there on the first OG Blades Dashboard. Themes and Custom Images where present in their entirety. It's not necessarily a "design flaw" but it's a poor Design Choice. Why cover anything with
a half of blank grey?

The "big deal" is that many Themes were rendered just about obsolete. For this reason alone MS should have noticed a drop in Users purchasing Themes. I know I haven't paid for one Theme since the NXE and there is no Customization of the Dashboard of any type
with all of the DB's since the NXE. This was an original Feature of the Xbox 360/ Xbox 360 Dashboard that was Marketed.

I wouldn't say never listens but yeah, it's a little annoying. One would think after all the ideas for the last two Dashboards someone in Development might have said, "maybe like people are asking, a little customization"?

It's not that I stare at the Dashboard but little personal touches were nice from the OG Blades. Like a full Picture or Carbon or Glass or whatever. A nice Tool Bar that allowed moving Items around and/ or adding removing Features would be great. Maybe, two
more Dashboards from now?
