    I have recently bought a cheap 4k tv (which is considerably better than my previous tv) but now when i play games on my xbox one (original) some of the graphics are really messed up like trees on bf1 and hair and floor and building textures on pubg and like
    fire on assassins creed origins, i cant find any settings on my tv or xbox to fix the issue and im not sure if my xbox is to old for the tv???? any help is appreciated, thanks

    im going to add a picture showing the issue im having and its the same for his hair (see pic) as it is for the fire trees etc...

    Rise of the Tomb Raider

    I'm having the same issue on my Xbox One X. I had completed the game story previously on my original Day One Edition Xbox One, but I can't load my game save to continue looking for collectibles. I get the graphics error 0x8007000e every time.

    Xbox One X for Red Dead Redemption 2 on a 1080P display?

    The xbox one x will basically upscale to 4k, So you will get better graphics even on a 1080p tv over your current original xbox one console.

    Looks like some digital zoom - maybe monitor/tv own upscaling doing a poor job.

    I would look for firmware update for tv - first thing.

    Maybe I am wrong in that mediaplayer/console must have it's own upscaling for 4k stuff to do a good job.

    Have you set the output of the console to 4k?

    Its just that if you haven't it could be that the Xbox is outputting a 1080p and the TV is up-scaling the image, and that's where the weird graphics are coming from.

    Just a thought

    cheers for the replys, i have turned HDR off on my tv and some reason hdr is blanked off on my xbox, probally because its one of the first xbox ones. il just have to buy the xbox one x and see if it fixes it lol

    i have tried 4 different hdmi cables all the same.

    Have you set the output of the console to 4k?

    Its just that if you haven't it could be that the Xbox is outputting a 1080p and the TV is up-scaling the image, and that's where the weird graphics are coming from.
