Graphics glitching on nba2k24 | Xbox series s

Appreciate the quick reply. I have tried a new hdmi cable, different monitor/tv and still had the same issue. I also, un/reinstalled and have made sure my video settings matched as well. I did basics trouble shooting with 2K but they sent me here. I put another picture for more context.

Do you have graphics problems? Does the screen look bad? If so, have you tried a different screen/monitor?

In the meantime, restart your console to see if that helps:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds. Until it turns off completely.
2. Unplug the console power cord from the console and electrical outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

I understand, what seems strange to me is that they didn't give you a solution, anyway, try contacting Microsoft support, although I assure you that the problem is with the game. I wish you good luck!

Yea, just wrote back to 2k support. They told me to contact Microsoft but they may have just been trying to get rid of me. Keep you posted if I hear anything and appreciate the help on this matter.
