    graphics glitches on 1x


    My xbox 1x seems to develop a problem after a few hours of gameplay, particularly on Destiny 2.

    After a period I get stray flying polygons and other odd graphical glitches suck as elongated, flickering objects. I've only noticed this on Destiny 2, but then again I don't tend to play a lot else at the moment.

    Back in my PC days this was a symptom of the graphics card overheating. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Game App won't let me record on PC despite having minimum requirements.

    I want to record games using the Game App. It says I can't and I need a Video card AMD Radeon R7 or above. I have two AMD R7 cards:

    1x AMD Radeon R7 Graphics

    1x AMD Radeon R7 + R7 200 Dual Graphics

    Why won't it let me record when I have the required hardware? I'm lost, so any help will be mucho appreciatado.

    Also, I just tried to log in for a live chat and it wouldn't let me put my name in the required fields. Greyed out boxes, but wouldn't let me connect without putting my name in.

    It is possible for the Xbox to get GPU artifacts like a PC does, since they are essentially the same kind of device.

    Keep playing normally and see if the problem gets worse. If possible, check if other games exhibit this issue as well.

    Ensure that your Xbox has adequate ventilation to prevent overheating. If it continues to show these graphical artifacts at a predictable rate, or it gets to the point of abruptly shutting your Xbox down, then it is indeed an issue with the Xbox GPU and
    your console will need to be sent in to Microsoft for repair.

    Please check if the problem is resolved as follows:

    1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely (keep your finger on the button even if the light has gone out before the 10 seconds are up, until the time is up). ).

    2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

    3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.
