Graphics Glitch - Fifa 14 & EA UFC Demo

This glitch only occurs on these two games, regardless it's still frustrating and ruins the experience. For fifa during replays and some gameplay the players are all streaky and have spikes stretching out of them, it looks ugly and just gets annoying, I
thought it was only for fifa, but I donwloaded the UFC demo yesterday and found that it's doing the same for the fighters.

It makes playing these games so rubbish, I want to experience " Next Gen "

Anyone else have this problem and found a way to solve it?

So it seems that if you try and download the UFC or FIFA 14 Demos from the Xbox Store it tries to charge you £3.99 to do so!

I am hoping that this is just some form of mistake or EA just testing the water! I for one will definitely not pay for a demo lol.

Could you try power cycling (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) your console and see if that helps?

If not, try re-downloading or re-installing the games in question.

 

I have tried both methods and it hasn't worked. It's really frustrating.

 

Some glitches like this have been caused by a faulty GPU. Hope that's not the case.

(Forza was a good example, had weird shadowing and patterning.)

 

I only own Fifa 14 and Battlefield 4, I have no problems with Battlefield 4. Don't understand why it's affecting Fifa and UFC if it's the GPU

 

It may not be, but my friend tried everything to cure his Forza glitches and failed, an exchanged console got rid of them. It affected a few of his games, not them all.

 

Is there anything else I could try?

 

Seems you've done everything, not a lot to try other than a game reinstall, hard reset or as a last resort a factory reset.

Hope you get to the bottom of it soon.

 

Might try a factory reset, I wont lose any important saved data as I mainly play ultimate team and BF4 online, It shouldn't affect those should it? Or the premium on BF4?

If that doesn't work how do I go about getting a replacement?

You will have to reinstall / download all your games and dlc but your game saves are in the cloud and should be ok. Click on the support link at the top or bottom of the forums and you can use live chat and they can advise you.
