    Graphics crash


    Xbox One. Fully updated.

    Issue present since purchase of game on opening day.

    Playing TitanFall, the screen suddenly freezes and frame after frame of the graphics build up and freeze.

    If the program actually crashes to Home screen, it starts back up normally.

    If it doesn't crash, the program has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to return functionality.

    Happens quite often.

    I have set the Xbox back to factory and reloaded. No change.

    I have uninstalled Primary program and settings along with all the expansion and Gold package. No change.

    Driving me nuts... successful.

    Chewing up my monthly bandwidth cap... absolutely.

    Irritation level... above factory recommended settings.

    Help.

    Please.

    No Man's Sky Xbox One X Crashing

    I set the graphics to high performance and the crashes stopped for maybe 5 hours, then I got another crash and gave up.

    I had a few graphical glitches on the PC but no crashes, missing scenery or falling through the ground.

    Graphics crash

    Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes? See if the issue persists after that.

    Happened again today. Have implemented your method.

    May take a few days to see if any affect.

    Work intrudes Graphics crash :)

    Ok, happened again.

    Additional steps taken:

    Install from download instead of disk. No change.

    Remove, power cycle, and re-insert disk. No change.

    Have tried your process again.

    Will report back.

    I am sorry to report that the issue has not been resolved.

    At this point, I am starting to suspect either the game's coding or the graphics card in the Xbox 1.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hey there, CleverPilot8! Seeing that you've done all the troubleshooting I would normally suggest, the only other thing I can think of is factory resetting your console. If that doesn't work, then please set up a repair through us. You can do so by
    using either the Online Service Center or by contacting support.

    I am very sorry to see that you're running into this weird graphics issue. Hopefully either the full system restore or repair will fix you up! Graphics crash :)
