Graphical issues in multiple games

I am having graphical issues in 3 different games so far (Ryse, Theif and Dragon Age Inquisition).

In general it seems to be an issue related to light/reflections.

I have multiple other games that runs without any graphical issues.

Any help on how to proceed is appreciated.

I tried VGA, HDMI, AV and SCART, all resolutions and color to the console. On television I fills all the filters and effects, I also tried the best quality HDMI cable which is on 3D TV. And nothing. The best quality was of course a HDMI cable but it happened
for nothing. I have the Samsung LCD Monitor 22 "LCD TV and 82" on both is the same at any resolution. Sorry for my English if it is bad We are using compiler.

I think that TV is not a problem when the monitor is the same. The settings I've tried everything to help console and RESET buttons Y and right trigger. I'll take it to a friend from work and see if it's going well so it has Advertise Xbox too and said that
without problems.

Sorry to hear about the issues with graphics. Can you tell me what television you are using? Also have you tried switching HDMI cables? How is the positioning of your Xbox One Console as well? Does it follow the placement rules and options like it explains
on the Xbox One Positioning page?

Why am I asking about positioning?

• Heat can cause the system to become overheated, the Xbox One can get damaged if ventilation is not happening where it needs to happen.
  

Is this happening on any other televisions? I'd recommend trying this out on other televisions or the games on separate consoles so we can find out where the issue really is.

The television I am using is a Samsung F5005 (www.samsung.com/.../UE46F5005AKXXE)

I have tried with another hdmi cable and on another television, both with the same result I am afraid.

The positioning follows the guidelines.

I noticed the glitch the first time just hours after unboxing it. It reproduces steadily at the same locations/situations in the game, independent of how long time the xbox have been turned on.

 

Hey there Pilus, are you using digital games or discs? If you are using digital games, it may be an issue with your GPU inside of your Xbox One.

If you're using discs can you try giving them a wipe with a piece of clean cloth?

 

How should I proceed with this? Should it be send in for repair?
