Graphic glitches on black ops 3?

I have graphical issues with my black ops 3. it had happened in the beta, but I just ignored it since I figured it might have been a rare bug. now on the full version it is the same issue. on the blackops3 title screen, some various lobby screens and the
gameplay screens, there are green bars that constantly scroll randomly around my screen. all my other games are fine, I don't know if it is a minor graphical glitch or a minor console glitch. I can send video if you need. I've spoken to activision online
customer assistance and they couldn't help me. the green splotches make the game annoying when being played. I've done the hard reset and everything I can think of. I have no clue what else it could be. Thank you

You need to adjust some settings. These settings are default set to auto-detect and should be set to the best option for your TV but sometimes this auto-detect causes compatibility issues.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings, very last icon at the bottom.

Select All Settings.

Under Display & sound, select Video output.

Here you will see TV resolution, TV connection, and Calibrate HDTV.

If your resolution is set to 1080p try switching it to 720p then try the game out and see if this clears up the issue. If it doesn't then the issue could be with your TV settings and that Calibrate HDTV option from before will walk you through with prompts
on setting up your TV. So try that next. Let me know if this helps.

I like modern warfare and hope it doesn't reinvent its self plus black ops already did Nam. Everyone thinks Battlefield 3 is something new its not, that's why there is a 3 in its title. As far as destructible environments red faction did it 10 years ago.
I play Cod for the competitive multiplayer not the graphics or the guns or the destruction. Black ops was the first TA game and it will be the last the game ran like *** I like a smooth game and honestly all the people saying MW3 has **** graphics has anyone
