Graphic bug with shadows

There's a technical bug with Super Lucky's Tale in 3D sections, by design: Lucky's shadow passes through the ground and is casted also on the lower floors. It's ugly to see and distracting a double/triple shadow passing through solid ground!

Please report this technical bug to the devs for a fix in the engine of the game! :-(

Repro steps:

move at the border of a platform, and look down: Lucky's shadow will pass through the platform on the lower floors (rocks, another platform, whatever...)

No bugs so far and I into May of the game month. Goblin cat, the support can only carry smoke grenades. Even if you load frags. Don't think of as bug but maybe graphic mistake.

 

Sign in notification bug

Hi, i noticed a bug ever since the tile transperancy update where everytime i boot up my xb1, during the profile sign in screen that pops up there is a graphic bug that makes the screen dimmer for a split second. I removed my console from the preview program
but its still there. Ms should squash these bugs during the preview wave because i see this bug everytime i boot up.

 

Here is what I mean:

As you can see shadow passes through the ground on the lower floors. It should be blocked by solid surfaces instead.

Please fix this annoying bug in the 3D engine, this glitch is annoying for such a beautiful game! :-(

That is odd and distracting. Have you tried tweeting directly at the
developer? Maybe they can provide more help with this.

Still no reply

Tried also through official support: contactus -AT- playfulcorp -DOT- com but nothing... I'm very disappointed by total lack of support for this faulty game.

 

Got a reply from devs: it's a known issue but requires changing the shadow shader altogether…

And I doub't they'll ever do it! :-(
