Graphic Artifacts in Certain Games

Hey guys, baffled by this one, really just wanna get it fixed.

In GTA 5, specifically the white clouds have blue dots in them and the dots move as I move, but it is only the clouds. In CoD 3, I can see all the objects in multiplayer, but the edges and walls are mostly green. In Forza 4, the edges of the white textures,
usually lettering, have jagged greyish linds around it and some lines cut through the letters. In Black Ops 2, the menu is perfeclty fine, but as soon as I enter a multiplayer game, there are tiny black squares and rectangles all over the screen. In some games
it's the whole screen, in some it's just specific textures

However, I just got Forza Horizon 2 last week, and have no graphic issues at all with this game. This made me think it was a hard drive error, maybe some stuff was corrupted a bit ago. But before I did anything else, I tried out some stuff. I tried a different
HDMI cord, on different tvs. Same thing. Tried the standard A/V cable on both tvs, same thing. I tried Battlefield 1943, which is a no disk game, and same thing (black dots on ground almost like a digital camo). Because none of this worked, I tried clearing
the cache on the hard drive, nothing. I eventually transferred my save game files to an external, and did a hard drive reformat. And NOTHING WAS FIXED.

Nothing is wrong with the xbox menu, netflix, youtube... So i tried those games on my brother's Xbox 360 Elite, and everything worked fine as it should. I dont understand what this is, does anyone have any ideas?

I just have bought new xbox one x and The Evil Within 2.

Please see below picture of my TV screen (tv 1080 p without HDR and 4K). As I see there are some graphic artifacts in there. Also i have some graphic artifacts in Quantum Break too.

Could you please help me? Thanks!

 

This is in Battlefield 1943. It looks worse in person than in the picture. The ground textures are the only ones with the black pixels. Again, this is only in-game, because the xbox menu as well as the game menu are completely fine

Sorry to hear about the graphics issue. If after trying the steps you mentioned you still have that issue across multiple games, you may need to repair your console. To be sure we cover every step before we have to go that route, check out the

Troubleshooting Xbox 360 display problems troubleshooter before doing so. I'm sincerely sorry for any frustration this may have caused, please feel free to post back and let us know how it goes!

 

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately none of the steps worked. I even brought my console to a local repair shop for a free diagnosis and they couldn't replicate the issue. I brought it home and did all the tests again; different TVs, different cables, disc
and hard drive games...Nothing changed. I will have to think over if I want to send it in to Microsoft.

I just don't understand why it only occurs in-game and not at the Xbox menu. It doesn't even occur in the game menus for that matter - only after I enter a match or play singleplayer.
