    Granting child permission on Xbox


    I have been trying to give access to my son to play Fortnite on his new Xbox. I have been asked for my password, and when I enter it, it goes right back to the same screen to re-enter the password.

    What are we doing wrong? I've tried to check all my access permissions in microsoft, and it seems OK.

    I did change my password and tried the new one. No password error comes up at all, just skips back to the previous screen asking for the password.

    Like was said above, try to insert that same password in the email for example, see if you are getting a wrong password error.

    Hello is this issue keeps on happening I suggest remove the profile completely off the xbox and add it back to see if that works.
