    One last mention, At the very end. You see the grandfather and his grandson. I think the grandson represents the player and the grandfather represents bioware. With that in mind the grandson says "tell me another story about the shepard grandpa". The grandfather

    Unfortunately, you don't describe which account has the Gold membership and how the "Home Consoles" are set up.

    Let me give you a bit background knowledge:

    Memberships and digital game purchases are tied to the user account that purchased the membership or digital game download. This "owner account" can go on any console, sign in with his account, and as long as this account is connected online, they have their
    Gold Membership and access to their games.

    This "Owner account" can designate one single console as their "Home Console" as "yFoX inSanuS" describes above by going to the Settings and under "Personalization" define that one console as their "Home Console".

    This setting will then share their Memberships and Games to that console. Which means: Anyone playing on that Home Console can play all the games and benefit from the Gold membership of the "owner".

    So let's say "Grandchild1" owns the Gold membership, and "Grandchild2" doesn't. They each play on "Xbox One console 1" and "Xbox One Console 2" respectively.

    So Grandchild 1 with the Gold membership signs in on the OTHER console (i.e. Console 2, owned by Grandchild 2), and sets Console 2 as their "Home Console". This Console 2 now shares Grandchild 1's Gold membership and games to anyone playing on Console 2.

    As long as Grandchild 1 is connected online on any other console (i.e. his own Console 1) he still has his own Gold membership and Games.

    BEWARE HOWEVER! The Home Console setting can only be changed 5 times during 365 days for every account! So don't change the Home Console setting unnecessarily.

    Hello, to share content, you must leave Xbox Live with the main console on the console, it is very simple please follow the instructions below.

    Settings -> General -> Personalization -> my main xbox -> Define this main xbox.

    this done, everything from the account passes to the other accounts on your console.

    On one Xbox you set it as the home console for the account with Xbox live subscription and the person without that account will use this as their primary console.

    The account with Xbox live gold logs in and uses the second console as their primary console and in this manner both have the benefits on the account.

    if this was working and is not working at the moment kids are famous for "account sharing" without telling anyone. It may be that one them shared the account with someone who made their Xbox the home console in order to get access to all your games. Check
    the consoles to ensure that one of them is still set as your home console. i would check to see if any other account is set as having one of your consoles as its home as well as they tend to "trade" accounts for access to the other persons games too. once
    it is set correct again i would change the password and explain that you get 5 home console account changes in one years time. if all 5 changes are used then you have to wait for the first change to time out at 365 days before you can change it again.

    check that the Grandson who has the Live Gold subscription hasn't made a friend's Xbox his Home console to game share with them (or left his profile logged in after playing on a friend's Xbox and the friend has made the Home Xbox switch without your Grandson's
    permission).

    if the Home Xbox settings are as they should be for game sharing try restarting the router by turning off the power at the wall socket/power outlet for 5 minutes then switch it back on.

    while it initialises give the Xbox a Power Cycle by holding the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds until it shuts down, turn the power off at the wall and unplug it for 5 minutes then connect it back up.

    by this time the router should be all green lights (if it isn't wait until it is) turn on the Xbox and hopefully both Grandsons will be able to play all their games
