Granddaughter's login not recognized

I created a MS account for my granddaughter and added her to my family group. Now when she (I, really) attempt to log in to her account, Microsoft says it doesn't exist. Yet, surprise, surprise, there she is in my family group and the email address associated with her account is right there, plain as day.

What gives?

Belay my last! My old eyes missed a character, which was miss-typed in the first place. All is good.

Actually Farcry 3 is the granddaughter, but I think we should all have our turn at her. We all have years to payback to the beast that is Farcry and Farcry 2 payback wasn't enough. The granddaughter will be sweeter than the daughter.

go to "was not recognized" and please add profile or create profile

and run the login of your current profile ... After login you will be connected to your profile
