    Grand Theft Auto V: Startup Errors [Need Help]


    Hello Prime here, And I have a problem.

    Everytime I load up grand theft auto v it says:

    "Error, Please restart your console or clean disk with a soft cloth"

    I own a digital copy! I have it downloaded from the marketplace, not a disk!

    I've tried:

    1. Restarting Console

    2. Re-downloading Profile

    3. Clearing Cache

    4. Starting it on another profile

    *IMPORTANT NOTE*

    I bought grand theft auto v on my old profile, But i bought a new xbox 360 console and made a new profile, I license transfered gta 5 fom my old profile to my new one and I get this error.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
