Grand Theft Auto V Addon+Store Trouble

Hello

Today I have finished downloading my digital purchase of GTA V on my Xbox that I had purchased from the Xbox store using funds that I transfered into the account beforehand. I went online to buy add-ons but was on my Laptop/Personal Computer to do so at
the time and purchased one (1) item a "Great White Shark Cash Card". Later I played the game when it was done for maybe an hour no in-game cash / dlc.

In-game you pause and the menu has a Xbox One Store menu right there for etc, etc for me my screens hows me the messege "There is nothing available right now. Check back later!". Or If I press Y I can manually redeem my code! Well then, I go to check emails
get the code. There is no codes..*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** has sent 3 Emails not fake. I take the time to look all over the Xobx Forums + Support Topics about Addons etc etc + Live Chat. she sent me back to where I just came from though so I'll need to call Microsoft in
the morning.The Emails state I can be refunded for my purchase if they are not redeemed. I'm typing this and waiting for 3A.M to pass because I read purchases you make / refresh on the store or whateve @ 3A.M.

The Great White Shark Cash Card is money to be used in the online portion of the game. It very clearly states "Online Cash". Looking at your gamercard, it appears you haven't started the Online portion yet, so that is why you haven't seen the money appear.
