Grand theft auto online won't load

Before offering or giving you some solution steps for this problem, I would like to know which Xbox console you are using and if this problem only happens with this specific game. In addition to this, if it only happens with this game, have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

Just reset my entire system.

Ends up that the game apparently wasn't downloaded when it was on my hard drive prior to resetting the operating system

I'm having the exact same problem.

I have purchased a bundle with Grand Theft Auto V, Grand Theft Auto Online and Grand Theft Auto V: Story Mode (Xbox Series X|S)

I've logged in on my Xbox Series X and it is downloading the normal version of Grand Theft Auto and not the Xbox Series X|S version.

I've deleted all data and it is still downloading the normal version. I've even logged in on XBOX online and tried installing remotely but still no joy.
