Grand Theft Auto 5 Downloadable game off Xbox Store

I bought this game a a couple years ago. I was upset when it got done downloading, because when i went into the game it would either freeze up or be stuck at the main screen. From then on i haven't touched it since, i know it's been a while, but is there
any chance i can get my money back, the game requires 2 disks and while i was buying it i thought it should come with the 2 disks as a download once i payed for the game, but I think it only came with the first one. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

grand theftaauto xbox 360 error?

I bought grand theft auto 5 from the xbox store on my xbox as a downloadable instead of getting the disc and it worked perfectly until recently. Now every time I try to boot up grand theft auto under "my games" it either work for a few minutes and then the
screen goes black and it literally reboots the game itself and this repeats or it will come up with the error "this game cannot start. Try downloading this game again." I have constantly deleted the game, I updated my xbox, delete my autosaves from the game
and deleted absolutely everything from my xbox to do with grand theft auto and still to no avail. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

 

The digital version is just one download.

As a rule there are no refunds on digital purchases,it does tell you this.If the game was broken then you should of contacted support at the time & they may of given you a refund but you certainly wont get one after 2 years.
