    Grand Daughter Not a Happy Camper ~ Download didn't work - Lost all of her points


    My Grand Daughter has spent a number of hours trying to collect points so she could get the Baby

    Animal collection.

    It said that it was downloading and still says that it is downloading but after a couple of hours I don't think that it is.

    All her point are gone and she is not a happy camper right now.

    Is there anything that I can do at my end.... Thanks

    where is grand theft auto san andreas

    so what happens if we bought it & it didn't download & we lost 800 points for nothing? any refunds on their mistakes???

    Found Fix >>> Signed under a new Microsoft Account. Problem is I lost all of my other points.

    No Help from Microsoft.

    Suggestion: When Jigsaw starts have a sign that say ... "DON'T ASK FOR HELP - THERE IS NON"

    Can someone help me i cant play Sea of Thieves because of the online safety.

    And I already turned all those things to Allow
    The parent account has to turn all those on for you then it will work. This happened to me and my daughter recently. Setting her to adult (she's 17) didn't work I had to set her back to a child then log in with my account and set the stuff for her then it
    worked.

    Home Xbox

    Short answer, yes. I have a daughter who has her own Xbox as well. I designated her Xbox as the home Xbox and she can play all of the games I download (if I want her too) and we play Halo together as well (only I have a copy). Hope that helps, happy gaming!

    I have the same problem on my Grand-daughter's account. Her settings are correct to allow Multiplayer on xbox.com. I can play Multiplayer but she can't.
