Grafic Problems

Hallo Folks,

i have grafic Problems with my xbox one. i have tiny black squares jumping on the Screen. the first time i recognized this Problem was while i was playing batman arkham Knight. now im playing Starwars battlefront an the black squares are more obvious. i
made a Little Video on YouTube so you can watch yourself.

Does someone knows what this Problem coud be?

I am very dissapointed with functionality of Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle game in my comp. I have OS Win 8.1, game is from oficial Microsoft Store and last two weeks I had a lot of lacking, unexpected resets and freezing with this. Why you concerned on grafic
feature and dont pay attention of functionality? Work hard and more on function, and less on grafic effects.

Xbox One TV Connection Problem

You can reset your grafic settings by holding the eject button and the power button simultaneously when powering up the console. This wil start the console with a fail safe grafic setting with lowest resolution. Afterwards you can again configure the setttings
to your needs.

Sorry you're having issues with your console. Is there another TV you can test this with? If it works with another TV then try swapping the HDMI cable or trying to use a different HDMI port on your TV. If the problem moves to another TV, then again try another
HDMI cable. If you still have issues past that, then your console probably is experiencing a hardware issue.

It's possible that the console could experience some graphic issues but it's not likely. I'd take it to a retailer and see if they could speculate whats wrong if they say it's the graphics card inside the console and you are still under warranty they'll
replace it. But if you aren't under warranty you'll need to request repairs and ship it too the location you need too ship too.

my warranty ended on 11 May or so. i will talk with my retailer about that problem. Do you recommend the direkt repair from microsoft or from some other company?

 

Hey there if you plan too ship your console out to them that's up too you but you will need to pay for the repairs which could be pricey but at least the console will work. I do not recommend shipping to a different company since it's a possible to be a
scam and they could steal the package and over charge you.
