Grab Bag promotion

I had a mail saying "starting on 15 December, you can claim a Grab Bag Prize from our cache of cool stuff – the earlier you choose, the more choices you'll have" but I can't find anything about this on rewards.xbox.com. I was hoping it'd be going
already, as it's now the 15th, but I guess not. Does anyone know when this goes live?

Probably by the time I get to check the website again I'll be too late.

Gimme grab bag

I only received my Xbox one on xmas day and all the bags are claimed. This does not inspire me with confidence. The earn the massive rewards are not games I would play. Why is there not more of a selection please.

If you mean the xbox live rewards thing then you are very late,all the prizes were claimed on the 15th Dec & it was blind luck whether you got there when it started as they never said what time you could claim from,only the date.

The whole thing was a complete mess.

 

I have the same email, and when I checked, nothing. I would be disappointed if by the time it was there I missed it.

 

Was wondering on this myself. I clicked the link before and it told me to come back on the 15th, now it just sends me to the regular page. What's the deal here?

Well, I followed a link given to me by support, so sorry if it's the wrong section. It also was the 15th, I'm in the UK. Now at least it is saying come back on the 15th, but it's very much the 15th now.

Can anyone help me I'm lost I bought just cause 3 digitally on the 17 November it's now the 15 of December & I have still not received my just cause 2 bundled digital code yet I feel like I'm going in circles for help and Xbox keep passing me from pillar
to post???

I so feel as if I am going to get *** here, or miss out some how... Yet I been with Rewards since day 1.....

 

As of 2 hours ago Xbox Rewards tweeted that they are tying up some lose ends.
