it's one of 2 things, the gpu is crapping due to the power rail for gpu, or the gpu is starting to fail, i suspect it's the psu crapping when the gpu pulls more power.

My rewards history shows they have both charged my card for the money to renew GPU AND they have taken the points to renew. They are double charging me.

And when I say there’s no receipts I mean that no matter the activity I NEVER EVER GET email receipts or notifications of any purchases EVER I have to go searching. And there’s no reason for me to verify a GPU renewal receipt when I’m seeing they took the points except for the fact that because they never send receipts I would never have found out they’ve been double billing me unless I went to double check the receipts.

They are ripping me off and nobody is getting back to me

Not sure why anyone would try to lie and say GPU can’t be bought with points when it absolutely can

Unfortunately due to recent changes in our policy, you cannot use a Microsoft Account Balance, Rewards Points, or a Gift Card to pay for any subscription. Subscriptions MUST be paid for with a valid debit or credit card - you may also use PayPal but there must be a valid debit or credit card associated with this as well. The other option is to purchase a live subscription card at your local retailer.

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. Yes it will convert you Gold subscription to GPU months, so be aware that if cancelled or not renewed the GPU, you are no longer signed up for Gold.
