GP Ultimate

Hi, about 1 year ago I activated the Gamepass Ultimate on my first Xbox account, converting with 1 euro the gold and the accumulated gamepass.
Now the Ultimate has expired and I would like to renew my subscription.
Is it possible now to repeat the same procedure again on the second account in order to pay 1 euro for the conversion, or is it allowed to do this again only on the first account, therefore at 13 euro?
