GOW5存档错问题

hi，I purchased the XGP(HK),I down the GOW5,when i entering the game, the show me the game was can't saving ,code 0x0001ced. my english is not good ,i wish i describe the question clearly.

yes ，my network is ok and i had connect the internet.my subscription is valid。 it‘s just showing a "wrong code 0x00001ced’. i saw a few same question in the website.
