    Very curious how ive managed to attain "the gold lancer" and "the gold snub" but yet do not actually own "the gold gnasher" is it a matter of kills or headshots ? Was it perhaps just from logging in on a certain day/days ? I've provided a picture above to
    further explain the gold lancer/gold snub. Thanks for taking the time to check this out!

    Missing reward points for July

    Hi there.

    I've been level 2 Gold VIP rank for a while and never had any issues. But I made several purchases at the end of the Xbox summer sale (10-11th July), and none of them have shown up yet as pending credits under 'my rewards'. The only thing that does appear
    for July is the 250 pending credits for completing the survey.

    The purchases made, and missing, from my rewards are:

    10/7/17 - £4.80 - Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor

    10/7/17 - £25 - Skyrim Special Edition

    11/7/17 - £17.99 - Watchdogs 2 Season Pass

    11/7/17 - £2.31 - Forza Horizon 3 Porsche Car Pack

    11/7/17 - £17.50 - The Witcher 3: GOTY Edition

    Paid for 1 month of Xbox Gold, only got 14 days

    I paid 6,99€ via automatic renewal for Xbox Gold on 7/5/17, yet it says that my gold membership will expire on 7/19/17.

    Is there something I am missing?

    I pre ordered it on August 17 and because it said it would come with a free month of ea access. I never seen where it would take 7-10 days wow. I only need the code to play madden 17 off of ea access I won't even need the code in 7-10 days because the game
