GoW4 Codes for other titles

Bought Gears of war 4, with expectations of recieving codes for the earlier gears of war games i havent recieved them at all. was directed to this forum from francis on your support team. so i hope this can be rectified shortly. message me on email linked

When will I receive the codes for the Xbox 360 BC titles? I bought gow4 digitally.

From what I've been told, all we can do is wait. They put you into a queue, and the longer we waited to buy, the longer we have to wait. I bought the 2tb red S the Saturday before the game released, so I'm pretty far back lol.

It can take up to a month

 

Actually I preordered it on the Friday before

And I got my codes last weekweek

Noone knows the way they queue people

Or their place in line however you just gotta wait it out

Remember it's a promotional codes

They do not want millions of people downloading the same games all at once you'd be waiting weeks just to redeem the codes

Even longer for it to completely download

Promotional codes have always been sent out in waves to prevent bottlenecks and it's only a small team checking and generating the codes

It is also clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions
