Gow: ultimate edition gears 2 missing

hi,

just been speaking to chat support and they have sent me here.

Shortly after the launch of gears of war ultimate edition, the Xbox team sent me (via Xbox messenger) codes for gears 2, gears 3 and gears judgement. In Nov 15 I entered these codes and confirmed purchase after each one was entered. I should mention that
I discarded the messages containing codes since as far as I was concerned the codes worked. I never installed the games at that time. Now as I look in my 'ready to install' section, gears of war 2 is not there (the others are).

Support seems to think there may have been an error with the code, and couldn't locate the license for the game (or something along those lines). Please help, I know this was a promo but Iam gutted that the code that seemed to work has some how failed.

GOW2 Not downloading to Xboxone

Purchased GOW Ultimate edition xbox one console in October. GOW edition xbox came with codes for gears ultimate edition along with downloads for gears 2 gears 3 and gears judgments. I have played gears ultimate edition, gears 3 and gears judgement completed
all campaigns and gears 2 still will not download. I think the code for it is broken any ideas how to fix gears 2 is my favorite in series and rly want to play.

I recently purchased GOW ultimate edition and I have not received gears 2 and 3 any help Please?

 

EDIT!!:

Gears of War 1 AND 2 are the games effected. I recieved codes for all the previous games (gow1, gow2, gow3 and gowjudgement). Ive entered the codes for all 4 games but only the last 2 games are available to install.
