    Hello,

    As requested by Support Services, I'm posting the following details here in order to have my issue looked into. I've never received the codes to download the additional games GoW: UE comes with via backward compatibility. I played the game online during the
    requested months several times:

    Gamertag:

    Date Played 1st Played: 30th August 2015

    Country: UK

    Are you 18 or over? Yes

    Haven't received code for playing Gears of War - Ultimate Edition before 31st december

    I've played GoW UE in multiplayer mode and campaign mode before 31st December and yet didn't received my codes for other GoW games!

    Gears of war 4 Beta code still not received.

    Day 2 and the code still not received.

    Most of my friends got it midday yesterday.

    How come people who pre order digitally GOW UE didn't receive the code first.
