Discus and support GOW promotion in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased a Gears of War Bundle Pack 1 terabyte console and have not received Games 1 through 3 plus Judgement.     I purchased a Gears of War Bundle Pack 1 terabyte console and have not received Games 1 through 3 plus Judgement. How do I go about getting those codes to get these games?

    Purchase GoW Ultimate Edition expecting to be able to download GoW 2/3/Judgment, not happened as apparently I was supposed to have been given a redeem code by the retailer (Amazon). Any advice guys?

    We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes within the next two
    weeks!

    If you haven't already, please check out our Gears of War: Xbox 360 Collection FAQ to make sure you have everything covered to be eligible! GOW promotion :)

    Those codes should be sent to you via Live message within 30 days of you redeeming the Gears 4 code. If you don't have them after the 30 days, you'll want to post back here.

    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
    and Xbox Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information.
