Missing promotion tokens.

I have been tweeting with xbox support the last week about some missing tokens from purchasing GoW collection and Rainbow Six: Siege. For some weird reason I received a message from xbox live today telling me about games with gold and it brought up my GoW
collection tokens, so I don't need those. I have not received my tokens for purchasing R6:S though.

 

GoW Collection Still Missing

Bought the console that included the Gears 4 Ultimate Edition, advertised as including the GoW Collection.

Contacted Support the week of purchase when no Codes were provided and I could not download the games without purchasing. I was told to simply wait a month, and I will recieve the codes.

Here I am a month later, contacting support again to be told. "Post it on our forum." Seriously? The solution is to **** us around some more? Give me what I paid for, or give me a refund.

 

codes was sent out in waves .so you will have to wait until you get a message from xbox live with the codes.there not all sent at once .so you will get more then one message.

 

What is the maximum time?

It's been two weeks and nothing

AAsSuming you meet the criteria over 18 account and no once setup the age of an account cannot change till it turns actual 18 by father time email or adjusting the setting doesn't affect it

FYI if you do meet the criteria and not physically in China or japan this includes us foreign bases you do need to be in an xbox live region and your account region must match your actual region or you won't be able to redeem all the codes

Then after Nov 26th it doesn't arrive then post however in the support forum so the agents can see your post and don't bump it because they answrr the oldest first
