    I bought an xbox one s gears 4 bundle and after redeeming it on 11th Oct I am still yet to receive my codes for GoW collection and i've pretty much waited a month and still nothing. please help

    OOr you didn't rwa the terms and conditions and you failed one or more like over 18 acount and no can't be changed until the account turns 18 no matter what setting you change including the email

    WWhen you quote one month for example Aug 11 and they say 1month they do mean literally Sept 11th

    Oddly enough some preorders seem to still not be receiving it could be they are still backloged

    Wait, what happens when you try to redeem the original GoW codes? As far as I know, the codes inside the retail copy of GoW 4 will always work unless already redeemed!
