    GoW codes from GoW4 purchase


    We purchased GoW4 a week ago and the downloads codes for GoW1 and GoW3 are not working. The codes for GoW2 and GoW Judgement worked with no issues. We have been on support chat about everyday with numerous people and have tried numerous different things
    to try and get them to work. The last tech I chatted with directed me to here. Please help. You can't play a game series if you don't start from the beginning, it's just not right lol. Thank you!

    I am patiently waiting for the codes that were included with my GoW4 Pre-Sale purchase of Xbox one S GoW 4 2TB Edition.

    Gears of War games codes disappeared after reedeming 1st one.

    I was gifted Gears of war 4 (xbox one/pc) with the promotion of the xbox 360 GoW games (GoW, GoW 2, GoW3, and GoW Judgement)

    I redeemed my code for GoW4 and received the 360 redeem codes through my xbox one notification tab. Upon redeeming GoW (360) and successfully downloading it,, the other redeem codes disappeared. I have my original GoW4 redeem code along with the order number.
    This all took place on 11/14/17 after never realizing the 360 codes were sent to my notification box and had been sitting there 5+ months. The original GoW4 code was redeemed on 12/25/16.

    That would be why

    As you are physically in Japan we cannot help you bypass the laws of Japan

    And yes in us bases they still use local country isp

    The only other legal way is to use the base dod connection

    Nor can we troubleshoot unofficial methods

    Your bases don't use us connections unless for offical business and if you are using anything else we can't help youyou

    Gears 1 and 3 are geolocked 2 and judgement may or may not install

    So I tried this and it didn't work. Still gives me the same "Something went wrong" message. But like I said I was able to redeem GoW 2 and Judgement no problem, it's just GoW 1 and 3. Is there any other way to get these games on my account? I do live in
    Japan but on a U.S military installation, so I have a U.S IP address but I tried Japan and U.S as my location. Still didn't work.

    Live account region matches your current physical location    << and try again.
