GoW 4 Bundle, code redeem issue

I have a problem redeeming 2 out of the 4 codes that I got from the GoW 4 bundle on the Xbox One,

I couldn't redeem the codes for GoW and GoW 3, but somehow I was able to redeem GoW 2 and GoW: Judgement,

I was told by support to raise the issue in this forum,

can't redeem code

hi I can't redeem my code for both gow 1 and 3. Got bundle collection when brought gow 4, am unable to redeem two codes

 

Usually the issues with those games is caused by region issues. The games are region locked so your account region has to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where the games are available in order to download them.

 

I understand that, I've seen the same question answered in a different support discussion while waiting for a reply, the issue is a little bit different in my case because I was told by the support chat to migrate my account to the US for the code to work,
which apparently was the wrong thing to do as I'm not physically there, so what am I supposed to do now? it's going to be a long while till I'll visit the states again, so what am I supposed to do with the codes now?

 

Until you can migrate back your own region, there's not much you can do.

 

I understand that, but while on chat when we tried to do it again it didn't let me, now I've tried it again and still it doesn't let me, so is there another way to migrate it, since I'm not able to?

 

You can only migrate your region once every 3 months. If it hasn't been 3 months yet, you will have to wait unless you can do so again.

 

3 months?! that's a long waiting period, who can bypass the waiting period? considering the fact that now I have to wait because of a false advise from support? I still don't understand why GoW 2 and GoW: Judgement are working and the other 2 aren't,

 

You would have to try contacting support again, but there are no guarantees that they will.

 

Those 2 games were not region locked. Only Gears 1 and 3 are.
